COMPOSITION:

• Oxytocin........................................20 IU
• Excipients q.s.................................1 ml

TARGET SPECIES:

Cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs and cats.

INDICATIONS:

Stimulant of the uterine contractions, assisting in labor and delivery of the placenta within 8 days after delivery. Adjuvant in the decrease or letdown in cows, mares, sows, sheep, goats, female dogs and cats. Indicated in pyometra in cows (combined with estrogens) in pyometra, in female dogs, mares in induction of labor if the cervix is dilated and postpartum uterine bleeding control.

DOSE AND ROUT OF ADMINISTRATION:

• Cows and Mares: 100 IU, IM, SC or IV.
• Sows: 50 IU, IM.
• Goats and Sheep: 50 IU.
• Female Dogs: 10 IU.
• Female Cats: 5-10 IU.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Do not apply when there are pathological positions of the fetus, the uterus intussusception, twists and intestinal obstructions.
• Do not apply to pregnant females until the time of delivery.
• Do not apply to animals that require caesarean sections or those who have previously undergone a caesarean.
• Before the application, ensure that the fetus is in proper position.
• Avoid excessive exposure to heat.
